KIPP Colorado Public Schools participates in Denver Public Schools (DPS) School Choice enrollment process. To be eligible to attend a KIPP Colorado school, you must submit a School Choice form. You can find more information about school choice and the enrollment process here.

ECE Enrollment Information

If you are currently a 4th-grade student moving into 5th grade, you will be automatically enrolled in the KIPP middle school in your region, KIPP Northeast Denver Middle School or KIPP Sunshine Peak Academy.

Important Dates

December 2, 2025

School Choice Round 1 opens for the 2026-27 school year.

January, 20 2026

School Choice Round 1 closes for 2026-27 school year.

February 2026

Families are notified of their school placement.

April – August 2026

School Choice Round 2. Students are accepted and enrolled on a first-come, first-served basis.
