KIPP Forward

Through KIPP Forward, we support alumni to discover what a fulfilling life means to them and break through any barrier that stands in their way of achieving it.

To and Through College, Career, and Beyond

Our KIPP Forward team makes a 10-year promise to every student who finishes eighth grade at a KIPP middle school to support them on their journey to and through college and career. KIPP Forward counselors and advisors in KIPP schools across the country do whatever it takes to support students and families as they navigate high school, college entry, and persisting through college graduation & beyond.

KIPP Forward advisors ensure that their program participants have the support, skills, knowledge, resources, character strengths, academic and professional opportunities, and counsel they need to successfully complete college and begin their careers. The career aspect of KIPP Forward was created to work with students and alumni to develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to navigate the workforce and build a successful career.

Once on their way, KIPP advisors help alumni keep moving forward, tackling academic, social, and financial challenges they might encounter while pursuing their dreams.

KIPP Forward programs in Colorado are supported by national initiatives and services that help provide access to high school, college, and career preparation resources across the KIPP network.
