After a rigorous selection process, KIPP Colorado is excited to announce that Mr. Jay Gordon will be joining KIPP Northeast Denver Leadership Academy (KNDLA) as Principal!
Mr. Gordon is a father of three and a seasoned educator with over 20 years of education experience across multiple cities, with his most recent experience right here in Far Northeast Denver. He holds a B.A. from the University of Cincinnati and a Masters’ in Educational Leadership and Organizational Entrepreneurship from Harvard University.
Mr. Gordon is invested in ensuring that KNDLA continues to be a place where students are pushed academically and develop into future leaders of our communities. He shares: “I am eager to collaborate with fellow educators and leaders to empower students, nurture their potential, and cultivate a supportive environment where every individual can thrive. KIPP Northeast Denver Leadership Academy’s mission closely aligns with my values, and I am excited to contribute my expertise and dedication to advancing the school’s vision of educational excellence and equity.”
