KNDMS’s mission is to provide an excellent and equitable education that enables all students to develop the knowledge, skills, and character strengths necessary to climb the mountain to and through college, career, and lead lives of choice and opportunity.

Joining the KIPP Colorado Team and Family as principal at KIPP Northeast Denver Middle School (KNDMS) in 2017, Stephani Olson has been tremendous in transforming the school culture, students, and staff alike. At KNDMS we foster a joyful and loving community, where we work in partnership with families and local community organizations to support our students on a path to success. I am honored to be the principal at KNDMS where we help our students to become lifelong learners, innovative problem solvers, and social change agents, while affirming their unique identities and true selves. We are committed to preparing our students with the academic and social-emotional skills to pursue whatever path they choose.
