Together, A Future Without Limits

We are dedicated to preparing students in educationally underserved communities for post-secondary success. We are a network of 280 schools with nearly 15,000 educators and more than 175,000 students and alumni.

Our Mission

Together with families and communities, we create joyful, academically excellent schools that prepare students with the skills and confidence to pursue the paths they choose—college, career, and beyond—so they can lead fulfilling lives and build a more just world.

Our Vision

Every child grows up free to create the future they want for themselves and their communities.

KIPP Forward

Our KIPP Forward team makes a 10-year promise to every student who finishes eighth grade at a KIPP middle school to support them on their journey to and through college and career. KIPP Forward counselors and advisors in KIPP schools across the country do whatever it takes to support students and families as they navigate high school, college entry, and persisting through college graduation & beyond.

KIPP Public Schools

KIPP Public Schools is a national network of public charter schools that prepares students with the skills and confidence to create the future they want for themselves, their communities, and us all. We are a national network of 280 schools with 120,000+ students and 55,000+ alumni.

In 2023, Mathematica released a national study showing that students who attended KIPP for both middle and high school were nearly twice as likely to persist and graduate from a four-year college compared to their peers who did not attend KIPP. In addition, KIPP students were 67% more likely to enroll in college than those who did not attend KIPP.
