We are so thrilled to share that two of our wonderful schools, KIPP Northeast Denver Middle School and KIPP Northeast Elementary, were chosen as 9News Denver’s Cool School of the Month for April!
On Friday, our students and families demonstrated extraordinary commitment by gathering at 5:00 am to kick off the morning news program with joy and positivity.
9News Reporter Courtney Yuen got to know our Walden campus through detailed and insightful coverage on the various unique features that make our schools so incredible. Courtney highlighted our Multilingual Learner Program, our school garden, the Campus Community Update program where students read the weekly news, and much more! 9News was so impressed with the way both schools engage families and communities intentionally, and we are so excited for the work of these schools to be spotlighted.
